Hello from Moule HQ 👋Summer is almost upon us and lush green fields across the land are being prepped to host explorations in sound, dance, spoken word, food and so much more! We’re really looking forward to visiting the festive fields of the UK - and seeing YOU! 🎪Our first summer show of the year takes place this Saturday 10th June in Collet Park, Shepton Mallet. Come and join the Moule Trio (Hannah, Raevennan & Oli) at The Bandstand for Collett Park Day where you'll hear Moulettes Music from 3:30pm; remember to bring your picnics, blankets, refreshments and suncream for a wonderful day outdoors! We'll be bringing our Acoustic Ensemble to Salisbury and Beverley Folk Festival next weekend; as ever it's always so wonderful to see you so grab your tickets via the links below and come say hello! We'll be joined by the extraordinary Mikey Kenney on fiddle - we're huge fans of Mikey's and have been individually and collectively for years so it's a real treat to be playing shows with him. Hannah Moule Exhibits at The Art Bank 🎨Hannah's intricate Xenolalia collages have been featured alongside local Artists in an Exhibition in The Art Bank, Shepton Mallet! A former HSBC, this venue / cafe / art-space has been transformed into a thriving magical, creative hub. Each of the 11 songs in the Xenolalia project has its own accompanying artwork; a map to the territory of the music. There will be an auction on the 15th June in the Artbank, and these artworks are also available as prints, at our Bandcamp Page UK Autumn TourIf you received our last newsletter, you'll be aware of our UK Tour announcement : yup, we're taking to the road in October and November across the UK to perform in our Acoustic Ensemble. We're really chuffed to be returning to some of these lovely venues and excited to make friends in the places we've not performed before. Where will we see you? As ever, our inbox is open - we'd love to hear from you and also find out which of your favourite venues / towns / cities you'd like to see us descend upon!
To the Moultiverse and beyond! 🪐So much of this musical project has been made possible thanks to our Patreons.
